Entourage first premiered on HBO in America on the 18th of July in 2004. The show is the brainchild of Doug Ellin while being co-produced by Stephen Levinson and Mark Wahlberg a. The series follows the antics of Vincent Chase who, along with his childhood friends, is trying to acclimate to the somewhat alien Hollywood lifestyle.
The protagonist Vincent Chase is portrayed by Adrian Grenier, his best friend an manager Eric Murphy is played by Keniv Connolly, Johnny Chase (Vincent’s older brother) is played by Kevin Dillon. So far big stars such as 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Matt Damon, Kanye West and LeBron James have all made cameo appearances on the program.
